Lauren Kilb

Lauren is a graphic designer based in Orange County, CA.
Philosophical by nature, her travels, & studies within the arts & metaphysics developed the idea that meaningful connection frees us to explore our authentic selves and thus transform ourselves through shifts in our perspectives.
Her passion to share this exploration of the unknown in a playful manner has birthed the uncūth collective and is the inspiration behind THE LENS Project.
Luke Hulen
BUILD LEAD
Luke grew up in California; surfing, sailing and building. His study of aviation maintenance gave him a vast set of troubleshooting and mechanical skills, fueling his curiosity for technical and engineering work. He has worked at a metal fabrication company that specialized in the maritime industry, leading to his position as a Yacht Engineer and Captain. Since 2013 his love has moved from the ocean to building in the BRC dust.

Rebekah Waites

"In 2013, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to create my first large scale installation for the Burning Man festival. Within the first hours of the festival, I realized that “Church Trap” was not only going to change my life forever, but also those who experienced it. This realization had a major impact on my life, and also how I saw my place in this world as an artist."


Roel van de Straat
ENGINEERING CONSULTANT
Originally from The Netherlands, Roel is currently working in the US as a structural engineer with a background in architecture.
He is currently consulting for multiple Burning Man honorarium grant applicants.
Sarah Holden
aka "CAT NAP"
RENDERING ARTIST
Based in LA as an architectural designer and artist, Sarah graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2017 with a BFA in Architecture. Currently working on modeling multiple projects being built at Burning Man 2019, including her own, she provides renderings and architectural drawings for
small to large-scale installations.


Rishi Linley

Born and raised in New York City, currently residing in Orange County, CA. His passion projects are digital/analog film & photo work, along with his original artwork creations.

Jesse Fortune
aka "FORTUNE"
SECOND BUILD LEAD & ART PANEL ARTIST
Born in St.Louis MO, Fortune moved to SoCal in 2000 shortly after graduating from the Kansas City Art Institute. Since then Fortune has made and sold hundreds of pieces of work inspried by nature and the diverse California Landscape. Having traveled the world an been inspired by artists from multiple cultures, Fortune's Landscape's and "Live Paintings" have evolved into a nearly abstract, contemporary form of plein air painting: Fortunism.
